How we work

1. After purchasing your chosen service, you’ll receive a call to arrange the ideal delivery and connection date for you. This includes Saturdays & Sundays!

2. Upon delivery, the installers will un-box and inspect the new appliance and if needed, will disconnect your old appliance.

3. Survey the environment and ensure all existing connections are suitable and carry out a full health and safety assessment to ensure correct installation can take place.

4. Once the product is connected, the appliance will be fully tested to ensure it’s in full working order.

5. You’ll be provided with a certificate for the energy type or types that have been installed and this is verification that the works have been carried out to the highest standard and all safety checks have been made. We can even take away and recycle your old appliance if you want us to.
